Unlike homes in gated communities, this one has no costly homeowner fees while still offering security and tranquility.

Perched on a beautiful ridge in St Peter, this home offers uninterrupted sea views and enjoys refreshing easterly breezes that naturally cool the interiors. Future development in the area is limited due to the surrounding protected gulley, ensuring your privacy and maintaining the stunning landscape.

Built in 2010, this Barbados luxury home features open-plan living and dining spaces with high ceilings and expansive ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen with an enclosed kitchen garden, and four large
en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, including two primary suites with pool deck access.

There is a private loft space - ideal for a home office, additional bedroom, or relaxation area, and a separate guest or staff apartment, laundry room, and formal office on the lower level.

The spacious pool deck is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large swimming pool with ample space for sun loungers.

There is a covered gazebo for outdoor dining and a barbecue area.

It is fully furnished and ready to move-in to, making it a seamless transition for those looking to relocate or invest in a Barbados real estate opportunity.

For buyers looking to customise and expand, the home comes with two architectural re-modelling plans by renowned architect Peter Inston:

Option 1: Convert the loft into an additional en-suite bedroom, add a gym and spa on the lower floor, and build a 1,750 sq. ft. guest cottage (no planning permission required).

Option 2: Expand the home to 15,000 sq. ft., modernise the exterior, and maximise luxury living (no permission required). Additional land is available, allowing for the construction of a guest house with a private pool.

With its prime location, luxury amenities, and expansion potential, this superb property is an excellent investment for those looking to own a prestigious home in Barbados. Whether you're seeking a private island retreat, a vacation home, or a high-end rental property, this villa offers exceptional value and long-term potential.
